There would be tides of very very very less magnitude.
Thats because olny the sun would then cause the tides to take place.
It would be a dark night in the wilderness.
NASA would start to cry as because they would have just lost their love!

The immediate effect would be the disappearance of the tides which would effect many species of plants and animals that depend on the tides. As the Earth spins it experiences a dragging force from the Moon. With this force gone the Earth's spin would not slow as quickly. However, without the tidal flexing of the tectonic plates, the Earth's tectonic activity would decline. Venus is nearly a sister to our Earth and experiences greater solar tides because it is nearer the Sun. However, the spring tides on Earth when the Sun and Moon pull together are stronger and help maintain tectonic activity. Over a longer period, the Earth's axis would become less stable and tilt further. This eventual result would make the Earth far less habitable as the swing between Summer and Winter would be much more extreme. The larger animals would die in proportion to the shift probably eventually leaving only single celled organisms.

On every Full Moon day it disappears during day time and on every New moon day it disappears during night time.

If you ask what will happen if there were moon at all, then it is difficult to answer.

All effects like tides, moon light during night etc. which are due to moon will be absent.

There will not be a lunar calendar.

There will not be lunar eclipse.

In Tamil Nadu mother will find it difficult who is accustomed to feed her child only showing the moon.

No more honey moons;

No more moon light dinner.

Birth star will be with reference to some other planet.

Astrologers will be relieved of many calculations, but will be in dearth of points to lie about.

Like that we can enumerate.

Alright, Why are you so particular about loosing the only natural satelite which is very dear to us.

i dont know what exactly would happen, but in my opinion, anything with respect to the moons gravitational force will be affected. also the light reflected by the moon dictates some biological activities in the planet ( the phases of the moon ). But i think we can compensate for the loss of the moon, all system resort to balance if disturbed. Let's just hope the compensation mechanism that will happen would not affect living organisms, or else, extinction might occur, but not to all life, i assume.

Much of the natural processes on are planet would cease probably the most significant being oceanic tides. Life that is dependant on these processes would very likely cease. There could also be significant seismic consequences.
