So maybe some of you can give your views . She is married to a mexican & she is white. As you know by my nickname I date black guys & I am white. She said she could not figure out why a black & white couple are looked at & recognized more as a interracial couple than her & her hubby. What do you think? What would you have told her?

Probably because Hispanics aren't considered by most people do be very aesthetically different from white people. But she's lucky not to experience the racial stupidity that people are subjected to interracial relationships.

because there is a deeper racial divide between black and white people compared to mexican people due to the history of this country. There are still some people with strong racial feelings that don't believe that it's appropriate for black and white people to have relationships, but they don't have the same viewpoints toward mexican people or other ethnic groups. I personally feel that people need to stop living in the past, stop seeing something wrong with a interracial relationship

It sounds like an insult to me. I would ask what the hell she meant by that remark and if it sounded like an insult then maybe you should just give her your view on the situation. Like just straight out ask what she meant. Get controversial on her a s s!

I'd of told her I don't know why people do this either but lets not make their issues ours. Let's just be happy and live our lives well, we only live life once.

WHERE ARE YOU FROM? CUZ WHERE I'M FROM I SEE A LOT OF MEXICAN & WHITE RELATIONSHIPS. WHY DOES THAT MATTER SO MUCH TO HER? WHAT SHOULD MATTER IS THAT THEY LOVE EACH OTHER.

I WOULD TELL HER THAT YOU'RE NOT WITH SOMEONE FOR RECOGNITION YOU'RE WITH THEM BECAUSE YOU LOVE THEM AND DON'T CARE WHAT ANYONE ELSE THINKS.
