they are located above my clitoris...and every now and then i get sores around my genital lips. what is this..i am not sexually active except i masterbate sometimes, so i dont think it is herpes, what else could it be?

Go to the doctor.
It is a good idea to wash your hands before going to the bathroom.
It could be HPV - warts. Are you being rough with yourself?
You could be spreading the herpes virus, The kind you can get on your mouth to yourself down there. Fever sores are extremely contagious. Do hot kiss anyone if you or they have a fever sore. Do not touch your eyes or it can cause blindness.
Well no-one could tell you on this post what it is. A Doctor wouldn't even try to diagnose you without seeing you and you probably need a test to confirm what the doctor suspects that it is.
Be honest with our doctor. Write down a list of any products that you have used down there. Any new soaps perfumes, laundry detergents etc. Did you buy new undies or a new bathing suit and wear it before washing it?
Please don't masturbate. You are so much better than that. You might develop a habit that you will be sorry about when you are older. You may develop poor self-esteem. Did you know that masturbation is considered a sin against purity?
People are lying when they say that everybody is doing it and that it's good for you.
Try to distract yourself and don't give yourself the opportunity to masturbate. Do not watch or listen to anything which makes you aroused. Wait for the one who is right for you and marry him first. You will be so much happier. Take a stand for purity. You are worth it.

Ummm....if you were sexually active in the past, you could have HPV( genital warts). Possibly something like chlymidia. If you use toys, i.e. dildos, vibrators, probes, You could have a latex allergy. In any case, don't hesitate to see your gyno. If you do have an infection, it needs to be treated right away. Your reproductive health could depend on it. Here's the embarrassing part, if you were sexually active i the past, one of your partners could have spread an STD to you. Then after that, you spread it to others. You should contact tham and let them know so they can receive treatment. Best of luck to you.

If you see them in the same place on every image regardless of lens used, they are hot pixels on the sensor. More likely, it's random noise. It's most noticeable in black areas. They're also present in the lighter areas, but get lost in all the other noise. They are easy to remove in post processing.

well i'm not sure what the sores are. but down there can get oily, just like the rest of your body. the little white dots could just be pimples. do they hurt?

you should go and make an appointment to a gyno. thats doesnt sound normal especially if your not seually active. but things can be spread orally. so be careful with that. i would consult a doctor.
