Its simple I locked my keys out of my car and was stuck inside. no one would help me get out i was trap ted

I spent the day drinking and decided to climb a ladder to paint a wall 25 feet up.
I am terrified of heights but hey with a few (15) beers in me I say hey what the hell.
I proceeded up the ladder with no shoes on, a paint can in one hand, and the brush in the other.
At about 15 feet I decided that I was to high but with my hands beeing full icould not get done. I decided to adjust my footing and in the process got a good look at the world below.
My 225lb frame fell 15 feet onto my right ankle first then twisted and broke both bones in my lower leg. I had to wiat 3 hours for my wife to get home for a trip to the hospital.
I was told by the doctors that had I landed any other way or on my head I would have died, because of this I have lost 25lbs. and quit drinking. Oh and I stay off ladders.

Fell twenty five feet off a Jacobs ladder onto a ice floe with paint cans on it. So I almost drowned, died of hypothermia and was covered with survival orange paint. Three in the morning, standing on a floe with my outer clothes frozen waiting for pick up by crane because I made an error in climbing down a ladder.

Do I just have to pick one?
I would say running over my own cell phone with my own car, driving over those one-way spikes into a parking lot (my tires were actually fine) and not realizing I hadn't paid car insurance for a year and a half (I moved and the bills stopped and I didn't notice). So yeah - I guess all car related.
Although I do think my friends have me beat - two of them as seperate times drove out of the gas with the pump still in their car taking it with them.
We're all smart honors students - but quite a bit ditsy.
