I cant fall asleep before 4 in the morning and get up a 930. I'm always tired but cant sleep..boo-hoo sweet dreams.

its about 1:32 here now. and i am too,but yet i dont want to go to sleep either. i will soon. cuz i had to take this medicine for sinus problems, and some benadryl too, and it knocks me out within 20 minutes of taking it. so i got a good 15 minutes left for me to get ready to go to sleep. lol. goodnight. well soon. :)

That happens to me a lot. I teach school so I have summers off. But, I pay for it in the morning. I have nine year old twins who are always well rested when they wake up.
