how did susan ross (georges fiance) die
and also they changed jerrys dad during the show but the original dad was there for the 2 part finale episodes why?

When Costanza & Susan go shopping for their wedding invitations, Costanza decides to buy a cheap brand.... surprise surprise!!!!!!!!!
Susan then starts licking the envelopes, while Costanza goes out at this time. As shes licking'em, she feels that they taste funny and weird! On the other hand the glue isnt very adhesive. So it took a lot of moisture and effort to make them stick well!
Then later in the same episode you see a more wornout Susan continuing doing so til she finally pass out LOL. When Costanza comes back home, he finds her on the couch.
He, with the gang; Kramer, Jerry, and Elaine meet up at the hospital where Susan is taken for treatment. Then the doctor tells Costanza that Susan died, explaining that the reason that caused her death is a toxic glue usually used on cheap envelopes.
He tells his friends, and they accept it and go to the coffee shop.
About Morty Seinfeld, this character is played in the beginning by Philip Bruns & then afterwards the role is then inheried by Barney Martin!
According to Larry David - the exec producer of the show- Philip Burns as Morty Seinfeld was a pretty laid back boring character! So David then decided to bring in a more stubborn or eccentric father figuer to Jerry, so the role was recast with Barney Martin! As you all know, the show went into syndication, and the last episodes had some scenes from previous seasons!! So Larry David decided to reshoot Bruns' scences with Martin

Susan was poisoned by the envelopes George bought for their wedding invitations. I don't know why Jerry's dad was changed.

According to IMDb Barney Martin was still playing Morty for the final episode(s). This jives with my memory of "The Finale."
