Dual core is you have two processors on one die so the work is distributed among two processors on the same die. The processors both most be on one die or it no longer is a dual core, but rather two processor on a dual socket motherboard.

Co-processor is a specialized processor that runs alongside the CPU and removes a specific load from it, such as a physics co-processor is specifically used for physics so that the CPU doesn't have to work on rendering the physics.

The main part of a processor is the "core". Processors used to always have one core. Now some processors have two, which makes them faster.

A co-processor is a much older concept. It used to be that processors didn't have very good math processing built in, so you could get an extra "math co-processor" for your computer. These days, processors have good enough math abilities that there is no need for a math co-processor.
