Store it in a garage or storage facility.
Give it a good coat of wax if you can prior to storing it.
This will protect the surface from any rust.
Covering the car might be ok but be careful because, in a
very humid climate, moisture and fungus between the cover
and the car surface could cause discolored areas once removed.

Just store in your garage. If u really want to use it, drive it slowly. This is the best way.

Wax it. Also wash it to keep mud from building up causing water retention. That includes wheel openings too.
