Can you help me explain?

How does the 300 year difference impact each of the two strategies of using a physical experiment or mathematics to figure the mass of the earth. Explain.

The time shouldnt affect the result.

You really should be more specific though with regards to which strategies your reffering to.

Well i guess the last experiment was more accurate than the experiment 300 years earlier

Like he said, time should not effect results. A Scientific experiment is designed to be repeatable, regardless of time and place.
