It exists, but its rare.

Simply not having sex does not cause 'blue balls'. Blue balls are caused by being stimulated near the point of orgasm, and then not completing the task. Even then, it doesn't happen every time. Its caused by fluid buildup (blood and lymphatic fluid) that causes pressure.

I've only had it 3 or 4 times in my life, but it was painful, on par with being struck in the testacles, combined with cramping all around my groin.

It will dissipate with time, or can be released via any form of orgasm - masturbation, sex, anything.

Medically speaking, No blue balls dosent exist. Guys can stop at anytime and be fine.

I belive its just used as an excuse so the girl gives in.
