Older one of the 1990s early. It was sleeping with the enermy because it reminded me of my ex financee. Then the movie not without my daughter. That was an older one too.

I think it was because they both had domestic violence in them and I had just had a relationship with that in it that I got out of.

Then there was American Beauty. My doctor actually told me to see that one after my father shot himself. I thought it was a tormenting movie and it did not help that someone shot himself with a gun in there and that it was such a depressing movie with elements of inappropriate boundaries with teen girls.

I think anything that mirrors my life at the time and some pain I am trying to deal with and brings up the pain hurts and makes me cry. It is not a good thing all the visual trauma in movies.

My other boyfriend ordered the sleeping with the enemy video and then I told him to get that horrible thing out of the house. When he took it to the post office the teller told him it was a good movie and he told her he could not have it because it reminded me of my ex. She gasped he said.

Rudy, Titanic, Love Story, Flight 93, and I am sure World Trade Center will too. Even the Lord of the Rings the Return of the King did.

The Titanic. i watched it at the tender age of 10, and i didnt really get what was going on, just the fact that a little baby died, people were falling, and the grandparents died together, little boy and father drowned. omg, i was so emotional. the worst part was the baby, by FAR. it was sitting in the freezing water, in her dead mother's arms, eyes wide open, forever. i will never for get how it effected me
