Is money most important ?

i have noticed that most of the peoples specially sikhs are hard workers obviously for money as everyone do, but for these kinds of people they only give preferences to work to gain more money or sometimes to get more points from their Boss. Bcs. My senior is a Punjabi and our Company Boss also a Punjabi who live in London he also do no closed his factory/office even on Gurugobind Singh ji's Birthday, they don't allow any holiday on Rakhi, Ind.Day, Rep.Day., Diwali. He only abide to allow"HOLY" holiday. Why is money is more important for these peoples.?

The people you are talking about are Sikhs. they come here and get a good paying job and send a part of their money back to family in India to raise their living standards and some probably goes to extremists.

I don't know the difference in those cultures... but most of the world cares about money that much. And no.... money isn't most important. Family, friends, love, health, life... much more important.
