I'm an only child( 38yrs old), my mom passed away 10 yrs ago, my dad remarried last yr & he had money left over from insurance when my mom died. The new wife had very little to nothing, no home, no money really, only 3 adult kids. Since he's known her, he's traded his truck & travel trailer for a motorhome, bought a Mustang conv. which she was supposed to have paid 1/2 of but didn't. and bought a jeep which she traded her old car in on. He recenlty traded the Jeep for a new Mustang conv. so now she has vested interest in both vehicles. However everything else was my dad's or my dad's & my mom's. After my mom died 10 yrs ago, my dad did do a will, of course me & my kids get everything mostly. If he was to die, what would the new wife be able to get? Does she get 1/2 of everything just because they are married? Would the Will still be in effect? She's trying to make him sell everything, even the house, she wants to move.which if they do, even if my dad pays for it all, does she get it?

except the departed better half had much less in sources than in charges the stability of her belongings (much less taxes and obligations), or a will to the different, the valuables could have been divided between the surviving better half, and any surviving infants. Your Dad could verify with the executor of the valuables and locate out what's occurring. As my Dad handed those days, i comprehend that's what occurs right here.

First all take a breath. If your dad didn't change his will and my understanding of the law it will remain as is. Talk to a laywer and find out the law where ever you live on WILLS. The only thing she can get is what she brought into the marriage. Now the only way you can be sure is to talk to a Lawyer. Okay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope everything goes well............

LET YOUR DAD LIVE HIS REMAINING YEARS HAPPY, STYLIN' & BROKE IF HE WANTS TO.

THE WILL SHOULD STILL STAND UP ON ANYTHING CLEARLY STATED. A GOOD PROBATE LAWYER WILL SEND HIS 50% to AUCTION (that is the 'stang will be sold and you will get a piece of his [dad's] portion

DOES THAT HELP YOU, YOU LITTLE UNDERACHIEVING
GREEDFLY?
