What should you do? I don't know. It sounds like a horrible situation you are in. Something tells me you are not religious, but even if you are not a Christian, you can still pray about your problems. God's infinite wisdom can get you out of any situation. It sounds like you need some affection, but that you don;t want to let yourself admit it. Why not start off by getting a dog? A small, playful dog, that, if nothing else, will give your life a purpose. You can talk to your dog without fear of judgement, give him hugs, and he will give you endless love. Once you have adhjusted to this, maybe you can start getting back to the world, talking again to people that care for you. Perhaps you are in need of some kind of drug - prescribed - like an anti depressent or something similar. Well I hope one of my suggesitons has helped, and I hope you're able to get out of your rut.

You need to seek professional help and force yourself to stay on subject. If you have to, print out what you just posted here and hand it to your cousleor. This could be used as a tool to help explain some of what you're feeling. I personally, think you sound depressed. It is common and easily treatable. You just have to commit yourself to being honest with a couselor and telling them what is going on. If you don't you will continue in this downward spiral and those wrong thoughts may become more than just thoughts.

Print out what you wrote here. Take that with you & give it to your doctor. That will help. It's normal to be at a loss for words or to even minimize or avoid the problems when you are talking with your doctor. Even keeping a journal of your thoughts and feelings for a couple days while you're waiting for your appointment to take with you will be beneficial. Life is too short to feel like crap, please make an appointment tomorrow. Promise?

Write a book. I would be glad to read it. :)
Really, this sounds like a huge problem, but you still can't find the words for it so no one can understand what's happening to you. When you find the words, maybe you'll know better how to deal with it and you probably won't need anyone's help.

Dear Sir,
What I do is work-out, lift weights and more weights to relieve my tension and stresses so I can focus more and not get as irritated by people around me. Don't get a girlfriend yet as you haven't healed yourself yet, once you do, a girlfriend would help further enhance your life and experiences with one another.
Kind Regards,
Ben

Just_two_01 is right....you need to print this out and bring it to your Dr. to read. I was having the same exact problem, and had a very hard time communicating it to my doctor. Months of this misery went by, then one dr finally made me keep a "journal" -- to share some of what was going on WHEN it was going on and WHEN i was able to put words to it. I did, and got help. Try this please! you don't have to feel this way.
