You probably don't want to hear this right now, but my first child was adopted from infancy for reasons other than fertility problems, and I delivered my other two. Other than missing the delivery, you really can feel exactly the same about an adopted child.
If you want a child (or children) as badly as many people do who have trouble having them, its great that IVF exists. There's that and there's adoption, although that's not easy either. Good luck. Go for both options.

Honestly i would go for the ivf if your tubes are full of scar tissue there is a high chance that you could have a tubal pregnancy this would really derease your chances of ever having a child and this could actually kill you so i'd go for the ivf and since you have no harmonal problems or uterine problems you would have a high chance of conceiving Good luck and i hope everything goes well

IVF bypasses the tubes, it doesn't matter that they're damaged or scarred. IVF was specially devised exactly for situations where the fallopian tubes are damaged. An eggs are taken directly from your ovaries, and joined together with your partner's sperm in a petri dish. If the egg(s) become fertilized, at least one (usualy more) will be implanted directly into your uterus. The tubes don't get used at all.

I've heard of surgery to try and remove the scar tissue in the tubes, the problem is the tubes are so tiny to begin with, that removal of scar tissue can result in removal of the actual tube itself. IVF is about the only option I've heard of working in this case.

sure, you're stunning. IVF and fertility treatments do go against my own and non secular ideals (as does man made start administration). suggestions you i do no longer decide anybody who chooses to attain this (I surely have acquaintances that have) and that i comprehend while confronted with the situation of no longer having infants the determination could be very puzzling, yet for me *in my view*, i might in no way pick IVF becasue is is going against my non secular and private ideals. BTW, i discover it very strange which you're saying "no count in case you have self belief in God OR evolution..." i've got self belief in the two!

Other than having surgery to remove the scar tissue there is not much else that can be done other than risk getting pregnant naturally nad hoping that you don't have an etopic (tubal) pregnancy.

If it's scare tissue, take it to a psychologist and find out what it's scared of.
