WE CARE.Roy retired from Celtic on the 12th June 2006, he did so after taking advice from his Surgeon & Celtic`s Doctor, it was decided that a Hip Injury that had plagued him for ages would not get any better.Manchester United held a Testimonial for Roy on 9th May 2006 in a game against Celtic, with Roy playing Football for Celtic for the first half, and In the second half Roy came on wearing a Manchester United Football shirt complete with the Captains arm band, Manchester United won the game 1 - 0. The Game attracted the largest crowd ever for a Testimonial in England, I am afraid I have not been able to find out any news about Roy since then. Can I just add I hope Roy is OK and enjoying his retirement.

Right he doesnt play professional football anymore.
The last i heard from him was he was in his home town of Cork [where i am from by the way] giving our hurling team a talk before a big match 2 weeks ago. Apparantly he is a brilliant morale builder and he enjoyed it so much that they actually had to tell him to practically shut up as there was a big match the next day. Which we won by the way. So his talk must have worked.
But then again Cork win every league we are involved in in Ireland, but thats another story. Hope i helped ya

Here is running an anger management course in Manchester.
Wayne Rooney was one of his pupils, he left the course with honours and went to the world cup, where we all saw the result of the great mans work.
