If your pimples do hurt, you might have a cystic pimple, which is a pimple with an infection deep in the skin. It might be raised or painful when you push on it.
TRY NOT TO POP IT!!! THIS WILL MAKE IT WORSE!
Wash your face lots, and go to a dermatologist and get some antibiotics.

Ya, some do some don't. Depends on the amount of infection in them.

they are infections so it is normal if they hurt.
