If you want to get on the show, try this:

If you want to feel better about your looks, it starts on the inside. You need to first be happy with who you are, not what you look like. You said you are married, so I have to say there must be something good about your personality, and probably your looks too. Ask your husband what he likes about you, focus on that to help with some self esteem. Plastic surgery can only do so much. If you aren't happy with yourself, and you get it fixed, you will only find something else to complain about. You get a nose job, but now your lips look bad. You get your breasts fixed, now you need a tummy tuck. It's a never ending pattern.
The first step is inner happiness, the rest will follow.
You mention money, but it doesn't take a lot to look your best. It's more a matter of knowing what looks good on you. Many people don't know that they are wearing the wrong colors and styles. Start at the top and work your way down. Does your hair style compliment your face shape? Is your makeup the right shades for your coloring? Are you wearing the right style of clothes for your body type? Are you wearing the right colors of clothing for your coloring? If you don't think you look nice when you go out, probably not. Don't follow trends and popular fashion. It won't look good on everybody. If you don't know what looks good on you, get some advice from a professional, or even a book or website.

Browse around the sites and look at all the different information. There is bound to be something there that you didn't know. You will probably realize that you are doing something not quite right with your appearence, hence the unhappiness. The ugliest woman on the planet can look nice in the right combination of styles and colors.
I'm willing to bet that your husband argues with you about your appearence. If you are letting it rule your life, it sounds like an unhealty obsession. Maybe you need to talk to someone about this like a psychiatrist, psychologist, or clergy.
