Alls fair in love and war last time I checked but thats on a one on one, personal level. When youre talking about whole nations fueding, problems arise when innocents are involved. Not everyone in a country run by corruption is corrupt. Regulations are created to protect those people... oh and then there's something or another about indelible human rights or something-- lol. But when it comes down to it pretty much anything goes until the smoke clears.

Well, think about it. What good does it do to attack those who can't, or shouldn't, fight? Or destroy buildings or resources that have no military or strategic value? And if one usese innocent people or sacred buildings to hide behind, then the guilt must rest on the coward who "cheats" by making that civilian or shrine a target. So yes, there must be limits and rules in war.

they say that all is fair in war, but would u still feel that way if your innocent baby or other loved one was killed in a bombing? the world attempts to use rules to prevent loss of the innocents.

well... if you fight a war without rules... don't you just turn into those that you're trying to kill... no respect for life...
I mean... are we Americans or Animals...
are we better than them or the same...
what are we fighting for... if we become monsters ourselves... our own power?

No it isn't ,there must be rules , like no poison gas , no killing of prisoners, there has to be rules . In love you can date your sister, just ask your mom and dad ,what happens when that happens.

because we all must still live with ourselves. have you ever done any of these things you encourage others to do on your behalf? how can we be horrified by the acts of terrorists taking innocent lives, if we will do the same because we did not bother to aim more carefully?

You might feel different if you were a soldier and you had to follow orders to liquidate kiddies.
