The choice would be a very personal one , isn't it ?
To me all parks are a good place to relax and to breathe in nice clean cool air.
And with East Coast Park , you get to see the sea, beaches, people, swimmers , sexy girls ,..........

but i think the best park
is ....People's Park
(there is really no park in Spore to relax - you will be feeding the mossies, does anyone know the best mossie repellent to bring to the best park)

none, I don't like Singapore. Thailand is better to relax in. Nice beaches, nice hotels, good foods and nice people.
