God only knows!
Seriously, as I believe in an omnipotent kind of god, my belief is he/she could have come up with whatever suited the creation at hand, for example evolution. I believe science (e.g. physics, geology, paleontology, genetics, etc.,) is God's amazing gift to us humans to be able to see into the amazing mysteries of creation and life and how and why we're all here. The more I study quantum physics and genetics for example, the more strongly I believe in a greater creative being at work. It's all very cool!

Evolution really has nothing to do with the how the world was built. It only deals with how there came to be so many different kinds of animals on the planet. So there really is no way to answer your question.

Science cannot prove nor disprove God's existance. Science does support the theory of evolution. However, you do not have to pick one or the other. You can believe in God and understand the theory of evolution.
If you're interested, pick up the book "Finding Darwin's God".

Who is GOD and why would he want to build the world with so much suffering. I think GOD may be the original creator but someone started the physical world by removing the some antimatter resulting in our physical world with all the laws of physics involved. By its very nature such physical laws will evolve to us in our present day given the infinte time that may have elapsed. GOD only return to make this physical existence more tolerable by giving us the feelings of faith love and hope.

Uh Oh! Now these crazy over the top Christians are going to flip about this question, I'm dying to see the reaction! Anyway I believe God, even if there was evolution something had to exist to evolve.

God created the world. Darwins theory used bad science, he could not see how complex simple cells were. If Darwin had a good Electron microscope he would have thought he was a goof for his thoughts. He had so many gaps in most of his work that he expected to be filled by later science, he was mistaken.

First of all, God starts with a capital letter when you use God as a proper noun/name. For instance,
The Romans worshiped many gods.
For God so loved the world, He gave his only begotten son and whosoever shall believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.
Secondly, I believe in a Christian god, so you have my answer to your question now.
