If you are talking about visitor visa, or temporary work visa, the information is here:

If you are wanting to immigrate, the fastest and easiest way would probably be if you got a job with a canadian company, or a company in your country that has a branch in canada and will send you. These take 6-12 months ... but the company has to prove that they were not able to find anyone qualified in canada first.

Next fastest is family class if you have relatives in Canada willing to sponsor you. These take 12-18 months to process.

here is Canada Immigration Website.

If you are asking this question, you are probably not ready to have a credit card and use it responsibly. If you don't already have one, or have been denied one, the interest rates are terrible and you could be in over your head very quickly. The easiest and fastest way to get access to a credit card will be to have a parent or other relative add you on to one of their existing accounts as an authorized user. They will be responsible for the payments and will get the bills. This way you can make the payments to them when they tell you how much your portion of the bill is. This way you will not be as tempted to run up the bill. Another way to start out is to get a secured line of credit. That is, open a savings account with a bank and they will give you a line of credit equal to your deposit. This way, if you default they get to keep your savings account. With any credit account, be sure to use the privilege conservatively. Running up the balance over 50% of the credit line will actually hurt your credit, not build it. Also, make your payments always on time, or you can incur severe fees and penalties, including your interest rate being raised to a ridiculous level.
