This easiest way is just to start a healthy diet and make it a habit. Cause if you starve yourself that will only last a little and then you will want to eat a lot again. Just get used to eating healthy food and exercise regularly and thats it. There is no magic solution. Its as simple as that. Good luck!

do alot of walking, eat alot of yogurt, fruits and veggies.....but only that...believe me it works
