Likely, either you are located in an area with network overlap or you have two channels on your cable from different cities. Either way, both channels have purchased the rights for the syndicated show, and both choose to air it at the same time.

As far as showing the same show, why would one of them show yesterday's "Current Affair?" Not very current at that point, is it?

Same show... different channel? MAybe some people get one of the channel and not hte other... and your just lucky enough to get both. Plus Current Affair is syndicated.... so maybe more tehn one channel bought it ?
