I want to wear a ballroom type dress with a mascarade mask this halloween.... I got a place for the mask..... I just need the dress or a great idea.

Try upscale thrift shops like ones run by hospital auxiliaries. Also, ask around, you never know what your friends or their parents have packed away.

Go to the Good Will or Salvation Army----they have really cheap dresses people donate.

try good will or second hand clothing shop...salvation army you might pick up a good bargain especially if youre only going to use it once or twice.
