"Associated with" is a pretty broad word.
Many years ago, I had a friend and co-worker who was a Freemason. Does that mean I was 'associated' with that group?
As to actual membership, even that's hard to determine, since there is no requirement to disclose membership. And prior to a few decades ago, candidates did not go through the media wringer that they do now, uncovering every little interaction and parking ticket. So, aside from those few who announced their membership, it's almost impossible to come up with a definitive answer.

They were part Free Houses in France? I know that John Adams went to France. Thomas Jefferson went to France. I don't know if they were involved with any Free Houses though.

Free houses? Um I think you mean masons. The truth is theyre not what people think they are. People see them as being in control of the world where they are just the stuarts of humanity.

you mean masons? Yes, I know what you're getting at. I don't know which presidents were but I'm guessing Abraham Lincoln was NOT.
