You can be both. I really want to know and I need to know in a way. This is a serious question. You can be a mix of different personalities at different places.

When you first meet me, i'm shy, but once i get to know you my true personality shines out=] When i get to know someone i really love to just be myself which is outgoing, crazy, deep, sensitive, weird, dorky at times, funny, and free spirited!

I am not a shy person or an outgoing person. I am usually quiet person that does not talk a lot. I do have issues of knowing what to say during a conversation. I am a sensitive person.

I'm more shy in unfamilar and uncomfortable setting and a little more outgoing around people I know and am comfortable around. For the most part I'm more introverted than outgoing no matter where I am.

More towards shy than outgoing, but if I feel comfortable in the situation I can be somewhat outgoing.

i kinda don't get the question. but around family and friends., i'm obviously more outgoing.
to strangers, i try to be outgoing so they'll have a good impression of me
to peers i don't know, i tend to be a mixture of both, i guess you can say i act laidback, so that i don't come on too strongly.

I am a guarded but outgoing person. I have lots of friends but no best friend. I am more comfortable associating with women than with men.

shy around other less outgoing people but outgoing if around the right people that bring it out in me. Not afraid to talk to strangers at a store or something or my friends but afraid to talk to guys I am attracted to. that's when I am shy...so daft

If i don't know some one, I'm usually the quite one,once i get to know a person then I'm not so quite. i can be shy or out going, depends on the situation.
