Don't eat anything with fiber in it, cause it will make you go more. You may have a stomach virus, and it will need to run its course, which means you will still have "Montazuma's Revenge" back door trots. Drink gatorade to keep yourself hydrated. If it gets too bad, go to the emergency room for medical help. Sometimes, it takes an IV bag of fluids to rehydrate yourself.
The last time I had what you have, (a few weeks ago) the only thing I could keep on my stomach was frozen orange juice cubes. The back door trots stopped and I was told when eating frozen juices, the body processess what you take in, in a different way. It worked and it was wonderful. Good luck. Hope you feel better soon.

You might be dehydrated. A lot of times your body will catch something and you will get the "squirts" but this usually will dehydrate you and make the problem worse. I would suggest 50/50 mixture of Gatorade and water and eat some bread to soak up some of the acid in your stomach.

Take some over the counter medication.
Try to remember what it was you ate recently that might have given you diarrhea.
If the condition lasts for more than two days, see a doctor as soon as you can.
Or.....ignoring all that >> use a plug.

Try not to eat anything for an hour or two only have clear liquid, then just eat bland easy food, like, mashed potatoes. If that doesnt help, take an antidiarrheal.

Did you eat at Taco Bell? Come on, you can admit it. *lol* Actually, I would say take an anti-diarreah pill, like Imodium, and drink lots of fluids- like water, gateraide. If it gets too bad, like you feel weak and dehydrated, call your doctor.

drink lots of fluids but avoid things that contain sugar (even powerade or gatorade have sugar) cause sugar will make things worst....avoid heavy food....try eating only rice for a day and avoid things high in fiber like fruits and veggies. that should help you out.
