He is a Democrat from Connecticut. Today they had the Democrat Primary and he ran against Joe Lieberman who has been in the US Senate for 18 years. Lamont beat him and will be attempt to be the new senator from that state next year. It is unusual for an incumbent like Joe Lieberman to be defeated. Lieberman has stated that he will run in the November election as an independent. The race is still on.

Lamont is the means by which the Democratic party has ousted it most prominant moderate. The Democrat Party has been overrun by socialists and extremists and the former Vice Presidential candidate simply voted in the Senate with President Bush one too many times.

Ned Lamont, a extreme liberal, in the democratic party you have to be an extreme liberal or your out. they are being taken over buy the Shadow party, it is in Dave Horowitz new book they get their money from George Soros, a liberal Democrat that hates our capitalist government, and the 60's radicals have taken over the party they are against any war even the war on terror. that is why the Democrates are going to get us killed. In his book he calls it the shadow party inside the Democratic party and it is ran by Soros and Move-on.org and all the old radical from the sixties. I seen Dave Horowitz on Hannity & Combs to night. If you are a moderate you are out.

He's the guy that unfortunatly beat Joe Lieberman in the Democratic Primary in CT tonight. He's a multi-millionare. He made his money in the Cable TV business. Spent 3 million of his own money just for the primaries alone. Looks like he bought his way in.
