Sheet Music Plus usually has a good selection of Disney film music. A quick search yields

Many times you will find that there is not a version of the music available for violin. Don't forget that you have substantially the same range as a flute, so music that is written for flute can usually be substituted for violin.

And you can play the vocal line from any of the anthology books as well. I know that doesn't help when it comes to any of the background music, but that's the best I can do right at the moment.
