The first Naruto movie takes place chronologically between the Tsunade and Tea Country arcs, about episode 100.

The second Naruto movie takes place after the Sasuke Retrieval arc, about episode 135.

The third Naruto movie takes place after the Sasuke retrieval arc, at some point during the filler episodes, which episode is currently unspecified.

Hope this helps, and happy watching!

Like other anime and anime-style shows lifted from Japan, the movie is likely the same story as the series, just compacted into a 88 minute story. If you watch a movie, expect to have seen it over a six episode run of the series somewhere in the sequence.

(not sure on this) the first movie is probably shortly before sasuke leaves the village seeing as naruto can use the rasengan in front of sasuke, the second movie is after naruto and the others try to get back sasuke and the fight between naruto and sasuke because gaara and kankuro are in it and help them also they are wearing their new cloths, the third movie was just released and their fore im not sure where it fits in but probably considered with the naruto fillers that are going on right now
hope this somewhat helps

i don't believe of that's necessary to hit upon a level the position you watch the flicks. you could watch them anytime. besides the undeniable fact that, you're able to in straightforward words understand the shippuden videos when you've gotten to shippuden. the flicks with ???-???(shippuden) in them, alongside with Bonds and stuff, likely should be watched when you've gotten to shippuden. *actual, i'm no longer fairly confident if there are any videos for baby-naruto. if you want to watch the movies, the only characters you must know are naruto, sasuke, sakura, and kakashi, coz i've only watched them 4 in the movie.(i watch 1 movie only)
they are right, there are no relation between the movie and the series...go ahead if you want to see them.
