I'm sure some do! If you're asking because only foreign films have subtitles though......... There are plenty of hearing impaired people who are capable of reading lips, and there are other ways of seeing a film with out having to hear it--most televisions are programmed so they can display subtitles as are most DVDs. Also, when you really think about it, the sound is usually so loud in movie theaters that you can feel the sound.
