It depends.
If it's just a plain power cord without a transformer, then no.
If it is one of the older, large, heavy wall charges, yes the use quite a bit of electricity just sitting there doing nothing.
If it is one of the newer, smaller, lighter wall charger, then not nearly as much as the older ones, but still a little.

Yes, actually you are. It is an electrical device and as long as it is plugged in it is drawing energy from the plug. The only exception would be if there is an on/off switch, which I have never seen on a phone charger. There is constant energy going to the charger. If you don't believe me, stick your tongue to it. I am not trying to be funny, seriously. It was part of a segment of a talk show on energy saving.

Anything with a clock, led light that stays on or a remote control wastes energy. I unplug these kinds of devices at night and save $ because of it.

Not generally. BUT, there are many appliances that trickle energy when turned off. Televisions typically are that way. That helps the Instant Start feature.
Most electronic devices, plones, etc. trickle such minor amonuts that you couldn;t measure it on the electric bill.

No, because the electric current isn't flowing through your cell phone so it's not wasting energy.

If it has an LED light that is on all the time, then yes, but LED lights waste VERY little energy.
