Well, whats your age? It is said that women only like it at a young age and also a older age(like 45). I don't know for fact. But also it is possible that yoour partner is not stimulating you enough. Don't be afraid to ask for what you need. If you are hetero, I know men won't go without- they ask. It's okay for you to also.

Maybe you have not found your sexual self yet. Sometimes also you have to compromise. Most people in relationships have sex sometimes because the other person wants to have sex. You do not always have to be in the mood all the time. Also you may have a low sex drive.

How's your romantic life? I think that sex is very important, but if you're going through a stressfull period in your life it impacts your sex drive. Feeling safe with your partner vs feeling insecure also might impact.
What do you like in sex? How would you like to have? Maybe you're so used to do it one way, in one place, that it might have become bored. Go out on vacation, visit someplace you haven't had before. If you still don't feel like sex, at least you feel you know more places ;)
