Do you beleive that the U.S would be better off under a progressive totalitarian state. I think that the U.S would be much better off under a progressive/totalitarian state that would be less repressive and more reforming. We need a powerful state to reform society and erase all poverty and crime. The U.S government of the present has noability to do these things. If we are too raise society to the next level and erase poverty and crime forever we need to emplement a totalitarian government to make it happen without being restrained by so many hinderances which prevent us from ridding ourselves off all things truly evil and be able to move foward scientifically and culturally and create a utopic form of society.

even tho' in a democracy. when the government in power has majority in the house, it is working like a dictatorship because they can pass any law they can with the majority. the thing is if the power is abused, they may not get re-elected next time.

I hear what you're saying, but unfortunately it's IMPOSSIBLE.

You know what they say:
"The best form of government is a benevolent dictatorship. The problem is, you can't count on the dictator to be benevolent."

There are plenty of other government options out there - choose one and move there if you think that'll be a better way of life. Personally, I do NOT think it would be better.

Take a look at other countries... how are they better off? America is as good as it gets. No government without God is perfect.
