As in good for you? no, cuz your blood vessels are too close to the surface so you can absorb nutrients from your food, so you can absorb diseases easily as well.
It is bad for you if you are not monogamous, clean of all diseases, and your partner is clean of all diseases.
As far as feeling good, that is personal preference. Some people like it, the tightness at the entrance, but then it is an out door...so it can cause the umm recipient undue pain if they are not completely turned on. they have to be totally relaxed and pushing out slightly for it not to hurt.
Personally, I hate it. I refuse to ever engage in that $hit again. It makes you feel like you need to poop....and that is not sexy at all.
