I don't care whether it is small or big, i think those I knew know how to work it!That's essential!

The stereotype started back during slavery times. White men often saw black slaves naked and noticed that their penises were very long in the non-erect state. These white men assumed that the black penis would enlarge to the same extent that their own penis would. So they guessed that most black men would have 12" erections. This led to all sorts of other stupid stereotypes involving black men's sexuality, that got a lot of innocent people killed, and generally gave a lot of insecure white men nightmares!
What they didn't know, is that different races have different "expansion rates", so to speak! The end result is that most erect human penises are pretty close to the same size range. Sure, there are a few freaks, but that occurs across all races. Just check out a John Holmes XXX video if you want proof!

My female friends say both have small and large penises? Don't know how the stereotype began. Mines has said to be just right--not too small and not too large. No complaints.

That is not the right stereotype. Supposidly Asians and Hispanics have small penises.

i heard its asians, hispanics, whites, then blacks. in order from smallest to biggest. But the real reason for the size difference is height and proportions. Asians tend to be shorter so they are proportianate for their size and so on. lol i've actually read a few studies on this. but i guess compared to black men, white men are stereotyped to be smaller. there always are exceptions to the rule however ;)
