I belong to an Underwater Synchronized Swim Team. We have been together for just over 6 years. Being the only guy with 11 Lady teamates, the ladies average 3 to 4 mintutes, I have the ability to stay underwater while performing for just under 5 min. This takes practice, practice, practice. Good luck and be careful.

I'm 18. I've been diving all my life. Swimming 4-5 minutes. Static or non-moving just over seven minutes. I will not use the sled as I have no desire to set world records using aided means in this sport.

I am 9 years old and can be for about 10 seconds .but some adults who i saw can be for 5 minutes

the average person can hold ther breathe 4 1 minute i can hold my breathe for 1 minute nd 45 seconds

my longest time was 3min 45second.
the average without training is about 1 to 2 min, but with training u can make your dream come true.
