not sure. alexander the great led the baddest a** military in history. the thought then was if you have man love, you'll fight harder than ever. for you homophobes answering this q: are you attracted to every single opposite sex member on the planet? why do you people always think we're trying to get with any swingin tit/d**k out there? get over yourselves and give us some credit for having taste!!!!!!!! and if you think homos are weak, take your pitiful narrow mind to a leather bar and say that. try a trannie bar while you're at it. hello! amazons? fierce!

Imagine a female military member in the male barracks. How much sleep would thoe men get?
If a male military member was in the female barracks, how many women would worry about being raped or assaulted?
Now, If a man likes women, that would certainly pose a problem.
But if a gay man likes men, then, how can you put that man in the same barracks with other men?
If a normal man would think about all those women, wouldn't a gay man think about all those men?

The military always has to be lead in these matters. It was Truman who finally forced the military to accept blacks on an equal footing with whites. This is why we need a real leader in the White House.

quite a few reasons
one, homophobia, in general(s)
two, they offer any enemy a weakness to exploit and extort
three, they are perceived as weak, undisciplined
four, the whole purpose of warfare is to have a dominant species thrive and spread so pointless copulation is counter-productive

Well I can't really say. They say it's because they don't want them having sex with other men but it happens all the time anyway. And I don't know about you...but I'd rather be fighting next to someone who is really gonna fight with/for me ya know?

cause they dont need guys up n the barracks screwing each other. its takes away concentration from watever they gotta be doing, plus they dont want nobody catching aids or anything else.
