The oldest football club in the world is in England. Sheffield FC were founded in 1857. They won the FA Amateur Cup in 1904 and made their only appearance at Wembley in the 1977 FA Vase Final when they drew with Billericay Town (losing the replay). They currently play in the NCE League Premier Division.

I actually thought that the first ever professional football team was Notts County. Could be wong though. I know Juvebtus of Italy base theirkits on Notts County as the originally played in pink, the kit was wased too many times and lost its colour and then Notts County donated shirts to Juve and that's why thet Black and White today.
