Your ideas would not be accepted because Rockstar and Rockstar North already have it planned, and they have their own in-house development group, and as well they hire their own writers.
They don't like listening to fanboys.

the official website is offering fans to write in their ideas
but i think the game should have its story line cause its coming out next year
