Well, if you just can't sleep for a night or two (considering it's not jet lag or anything) then try getting into a routine that lets your body know that okay, it's time to relax and unwind now. This can be watching the news right before bed, taking a warm bath, reading a book, etc. Try to stick to it so that your body isn't getting "mixed signals!" Studies show that going on the computer before you go to bed (like one hour) isn't good, and of course, don't drink caffiene right before bed. Also, don't eat a big meal before bed because your stomach will be digesting. If you tried all this and you still can't sleep, think about anything that might be making you anxious or that you need to do tomorrow, etc. Accomplish that task or figure out the problem, and you should be able to sleep. If all this fails, go see your doctor, because he or she might be able to diagnose insomnia and prescribe something for it. Also some medications can have the effect of not being able to sleep.

It all depends on wat is wrong n y u cant go to sleep. R u havn bad dreams r u anxious or if u havn other types of problems. If u can try to excercise a lil before u r ready to sleep it usually gets me tired try it n get back at me with results. (Im NOt sure how old u r n wat kind og person u r but i usually blaze a couple of bowls if i cant go to sleep (but it all depends on the person)(i am not suggesting ne thing) wat ever works 4 you
