No you can't MAKE someone else feel something for you. You can behave in certain ways to attract them and to try to make them enjoy your presence, and they may fall in love with you.
However, if you haven't been your true self in the process, or if they don't work as hard at pleasing you, resentment will develop and misery is right behind it.

Love is an easy way to discribe what chemicals do when they get released in your brain and make you feel all gooey inside. So, if your actions can make those chemicals be released, then yes, you can make me love you.
