What happens, or how does a question get answered if the asker gets suspended?

I was looking through questions I answered that are still open. I clicked on one of the askers profiles, & it said the person is suspended.
So how will the question get answered??!!
(And keep nasty comments to yourself, please....they just aren't necessary)

After a period of time (4 days I think) the question will automatically be put up to a vote. Then after the voting period, an answer will be chosen as best answer and the question resolved.

They have to go into voting and the person can't pick the best.
