If it is simple. IE, just like a word document. Then write it in word and save as HTML. If you want to add buttons and some fancy stuff, then save yourself the pain and pay someone to do it. I have built my own, I know many computer languages (Not HTML) and I will never attemp to build another website. There is so much stuff to know to make a really nice website, and I aint going to uni to study for 4 years to find out.

You need to know lot of things to create your own website. if u want pictures or links to be included u need to know picture editing.there are types of website.You need to know microsoft front page and html to start with.
