Kobe..Kobe has 3 rings..and he is only being a ballhog to help his team because they have no players...u noticed he starting passing more when Lamar Odam and Smush Parker learned the triangle offence and everything.. only thing missing is a real Center...Kwame brown is learning too..Kobe use to Pass alot when Shaq/Horry/Fisher/Fox was on the team because there was someone to pass too..and Phil Jackson said it himself on a interview that he tells Kobe when to take over himself so they get back in the game..and there is no next Michael Jordan..Kobe is Kobe and Lebron is Lebron..

The easiest way to answer this question is with five seconds on the clock down by a point who would you want to have the ball, Kobe or Lebron? Pretty obvious since Kobe can clutch up like no other player since MJ. Also he is first team all defense so he is superior at both ends of the court.
Also Kobe is the most competive player in the Association. Sebastian Telfair said it best "Its like Kobe wants to murder you"

I am a big Lebron fan, but I think Kobe is better. Kobe doesn't usually put up triple-doubles, but he is a clutch performer. He is also a better defender than Lebron. He made All NBA Defensive team like in the first two seasons of his career. People say Lebron is the next MJ, but Kobe is already better than MJ. I bet if took out MJ from his early 90s Bulls team and plugged in Kobe, all their wins would have been blowouts.

Right now Kobe is better. I determine this by asking who would I rather take a game winning shot. I would answer Kobe. Although, I think that Lebron will be a better player.

If you ask now.. I will go for Kobe.. Simply the fact that he's experienced.. He's been in the league for 9yrs.. Won a title. and just 27yrs old..

As for Lebron 3yrs in the league No title.. But seeing a good future for this kid.

Because statistics will tell you Kobe is better..

Kobe right is the better player, because he's had more experience and he has more talent.
But, when LeBron gets older, about 23-27, he will be better than Kobe ever was
