there is about 4 weeks every month, some have more. In round terms take 14 weeks and divide by 4 weeks per month. Thats 3 1/2
To do the math in your head
consider that 12 weeks would be 3 months 12/4=3
14 months is two months more. so 3 months and two weeks.is equal to 14 weeks.

around 3 1/2 months. but doctors use weeks instead of months cuz not all months have just 4 weeks in them, some have 4 1/2 some have 5. so it's easier to say you're 14 weeks.
