there is about 4 weeks every month, some have more. In round terms take 14 weeks and divide by 4 weeks per month. Thats 3 1/2

To do the math in your head

consider that 12 weeks would be 3 months 12/4=3

14 months is two months more. so 3 months and two weeks.is equal to 14 weeks.

two weeks is half of 4 weeks. so you could say it as 3 1/2

around 3 1/2 months. but doctors use weeks instead of months cuz not all months have just 4 weeks in them, some have 4 1/2 some have 5. so it's easier to say you're 14 weeks.

I figure 14 weeks is 14 x 7 = 98 days, and, since the average month consists of 365/12 = 30.4167 days, then the 14 weeks (or 98 days) equates to 98/30.4 = 3.22 months, or approximately three and a quarter months.
