There's no doubt that the embryo is a human being (they call them "human embryos"), but it is an unfinished human being. The fetus is a human being, but it is an unfinished human being with the degree of "unfinished-ness" going down as the fetus ages. When the fetus would be capable of living outside of its mother it is called "viable". Its finished enough to live outside if it has to, but its still not quite finished. The reality - as you point out - is that the process of development and growth starts at conception, doesn't finish until after the teen years; and, if you factor in intellectual and emotional growth, you could say that the process is not finished until people die. It is a scientific process, and the term, "murder", is a legal one. It is defined as it is currently defined, and that definition doesn't happen to include most fetuses (although when an expectant mother is murdered the murderer can be charged with the death of the fetus as well).
The fetus is a human being in its own category. It is not in the same category as those of us who are walking around or even those who were born yesterday. It is called a fetus because it is in its mother and dependent on her to live. How finished it is changes rapidly from month to month, so people in the fetus category can also be very, very different in terms of how finished they are.
Throw in that many people have come to the conclusion that a woman has a right to decide if her body will "host" the development of a fetus and that the right of a completed human must be considered over the right of an incomplete one; and the whole picture just isn't the same as the current definition of murder.
Abortion is the killing of an unfinished human being - whether we are comfortable with that or not. It isn't whether its human or not but whether its finished or not. Some people consider the term "abortion" equal to murder. Some see a difference. Some see it as black and white. Some see shades of gray.

I believe a fetus is a human being when it does not need it's mother's help to shelter it from the cold. For some people it could be all the way up to there 40's. lol! On a serious note I believe once it leaves the mother stomach it's a human being. I believe maybe aborting late probably could harm the mother so maybe that's why. I don't think the body will release the baby unless it feels it's ready to survive on it's own unless the body malfunctions due to complications. If everything goes well the body knows, it's nature.

From a purely scientific standpoint a fetus is a parasite until it is viable.
What this means is that until the fetus is capable of surviving outside of the womb it is considered a parasite.
now before anyone jumps on me for calling a fetus a parasite, let me define parasite - Any organism that is incapable of surviving independantly of its host, and that gets its nutrition directly from the host.
I am NOT trying to compare a fetus to a bug or worm, like someone is sure to claim, just looking purly scientfically.
Now, as this fetus cannot survive outside of the womb independantly it is not considered human - it is a POTENTIAL human.
The reason late term abortions are not allowed is because a fetus becomes viable - can survive ouside the womb - after about 24 weeks. As such, it is considered a human.
To destroy a fetus that would otherwise survive on its own is considered murder, to remove a fetus that cannot survive on tis own is not murder.

Aborting at 9 months is rediculous. They become humans probably after 6 weeks. When all the major organs develop, than it's unlawful to abort.

A fetus is a human being at the time of conception. The reason I say this, is that the developmental process begins at day 1. I think the important thing to think about is the potential of that fetus.

it extremely is complicated to declare precisely... each and every physique makes use of yet another description for a fashion it feels, and there isn't any sparkling description to declare basically what it extremely is like. the perfect of your first paragraph sounds plenty like an orgasm to me. despite the fact that once you say there isn't any definable "this it it" 2nd, nicely that feels like according to threat you're no longer. Do you ever masturbate, or use a vibrator or the tub faucet? you may could study out that and see if which you will have an orgasm like that. That way which you would be able to easily focal factor on the sentiments in that self-discipline without all forms of various issues going on. Or get your boyfriend to masturbate you and take a glance at to make you orgasm by utilising way of rubbing your clitoris. the way i could describe is like.. First that "rubdown" which you defined that feels greater helpful and better... Then it starts to get rather extreme, and then there is the orgasm it extremely is like 10-15 seconds of waves of amusement alongside with muscle contractions. i does no longer call it an earth shattering lightning bolt by using your finished physique, yet i could say it extremely is a glaring 2nd. i believe it extremely is least complicated to tell once you're utilising a vibrator
