Go to Scottrade.com. $7 bucks a trade, can't beat it. Some other sites only let you trade on a Tuesday, and only let you do certain things, so be careful what you get into. AmeriTrade, E-Trade, or Scottrade is what you want, absolutely.

$3 is becoming the target to look for, one thing though, if your broker makes you call in to make a trade, dump them.....that's a new ploy to get them to slow down buying in stocks they are trying to cover their short sales in.
