when i use my hot water i get a funny noise from my faucet. then i don't have much pressure, then i do have pressure.

YO POOKY DUDE,,
You might have a clogged water heater. Better go listen to it. If that sucker is huffing and puffing it is clogged and could overheat.

My friend had one puke the plastic drain valve one night while he was sleeping. There was lime grit and water all over the floor. That plastic drain valve got so hot it melted.

Check it out dude.


Now I'm assuming the cold water doesn't act the same. If the cold water does it too you got a water supply problem.

Open every faucet in the house and let them run for a bit. The air will come out and all will be ok....if not, you have a problem and need a plumber!

if its the hot water only you need to change the pop-off valve. its probably stuck.
